Shipping
Shipment of all US orders happens normally within 3-5 business days from receipt of payment unless the banner say otherwise. All shipments are insured.
Shipping
All shipping responsibility lies with USPS once a tracking number is generated. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a secure delivery address as well as the customers responsibility to file any and all claims for missing packages. Once USPS marks the package as "Delivered", the customer is liable for any theft or loss that may occur and there will be no refund or replacement of the packaged items.
International shipping
If you are interested in my products and live outside the US, please reach out to me at snpdx23@gmail.com. Include a secure ship to address and the item(s) you are interested in. I will find a figure out the best service for my products to arrive to you safely and I will personally reply within 3-5 business days with any and all information and prices.
*All international orders are final sale. Any taxes or customs and duty fees upon entry to your country are the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURNS
You may return non-sale items for any reason without question. Contact to me must be made within 7 days and the customer must provide return tracking information within 14 days of original receipt. Return shipping is on the customer, no exceptions. Upon receipt the item(s) will be inspected and if found to be in the same condition as when they were originally shipped out, the original form of payment will be refunded for the price of the item(s).

Damaged Items
I take great care in packaging and inspecting your order to guarantee safe travels. If your package is received damaged, please take photos of the box before opening and then inspect the contents as most times the item(s) are usually in perfect condition. If there is damage to any item or items, please take photographs and send them to snpdx23@gmail.com. If found to be the fault of the packaging, I will work with you on replacing or refunding you. If found to be an issue with USPS, all forms and filing will be the customers responsibility.
