Handmade AirPods case. I start at the paint bath with a piece of leather and marble. Once dry I condition the leather so that the paint should not crack as the bag breaks in. From there I cut the pattern out and assemble the tiny bag. The bags are a bit stiff but with time and normal wear and tear they should soften nicely. Some require a bit of finesse to snap snugly at first, something else that should work itself out with time.
